01About Texponex

Technology that starts with the problem in front of you.

Texponex is a software and technology company. We help businesses and organizations turn ideas, processes and plans into dependable digital products — from a first website to the systems a team relies on every day.

Our work begins with understanding: who will use what we build, what they need it to do, and what has to be true for it to keep working long after launch. From there, we design and engineer software that is clear to use, sound underneath and straightforward to look after.

We favor clarity over complexity, proven technology over passing trends, and steady, visible progress over big reveals.

What guides the work

Clarity
Interfaces people understand at a glance, and code other engineers can read.
Reliability
Software that behaves predictably and is tested before it reaches the people who depend on it.
Usability
Designed around real tasks, and accessible to as many people as possible.
Maintainability
Documented, sensibly structured and ready to grow as your needs change.

02Services

What we do

A focused set of capabilities, each aimed at a particular kind of problem. Most projects draw on more than one.

  1. Custom software development

For work that off-the-shelf tools don’t quite fit.

Software designed around how your organization actually operates — replacing spreadsheets, manual steps and workarounds with tools built for the job.

    • Requirements
    • Architecture
    • Development
  2. Web applications

For products and tools people use in the browser.

Customer portals, dashboards, booking and management systems, and internal tools — responsive, and built with security and performance in mind from the start.

    • Front end
    • Back end
    • API design
  3. Websites

For a clear, credible presence online.

Company and marketing websites that load quickly, read well on every screen, are built to accessibility standards and are easy to keep up to date.

    • Design
    • Development
    • Search foundations
  4. Mobile applications

For services that belong in people’s pockets.

Apps for iOS and Android that extend a product or service to mobile, with careful attention to performance, usability and the realities of small screens.

    • Cross-platform
    • Interface design
    • Testing
  5. Automation, integration & AI

For processes held together by copy and paste.

Connecting the systems you already use through APIs and automated workflows — and adding practical AI features, such as document search or drafting assistants, where they genuinely save time.

    • Integrations
    • Workflows
    • Applied AI
  6. Technical consulting & planning

For decisions that are expensive to get wrong.

Scoping, technology selection, architecture planning and reviews of existing systems — so you can move forward with a clear picture of the options, costs and risks.

03Approach

How we work

A clear, collaborative process that keeps decisions visible and progress easy to follow. These are our working principles — every engagement is shaped around its own goals, scale and constraints.

  1. Understand

We start with the problem, the people it affects and the constraints that matter: goals, timelines, existing systems and budget.

  2. Plan

We agree on scope, priorities and technical approach, and define together what a successful outcome looks like.

  3. Design

User experience and system architecture are shaped side by side, so what looks right also works right underneath.

  4. Build iteratively

Work progresses in small, reviewable increments. You see working software early and can steer it as it takes shape.

  5. Test & refine

Functionality, accessibility, performance and security are checked throughout — not left to the final week.

  6. Deliver & improve

We launch carefully, hand over clear documentation and plan what comes next — maintenance, improvements and new features.

Standard practice on every engagement

  • Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)
  • Performance budgets
  • Secure defaults
  • Version control & code review
  • Automated testing
  • Documentation & handover

04Areas of focus

What we build

The kinds of digital products and solutions we focus on — each one built to fit its context, rather than poured into a one-size-fits-all template.

  • Business platforms & internal tools

Operations dashboards, admin panels, scheduling, inventory and reporting tools that help teams work from a single, reliable source.

  • Customer-facing web applications

Portals, account areas, booking flows and self-service tools that make it easier for customers to get things done.

  • Corporate & marketing websites

Fast, accessible, search-friendly websites that present an organization clearly and are simple to keep current.

  • Mobile experiences

Companion apps and mobile-first interfaces that bring an existing product or service to phones and tablets.

  • Integrations & data flows

Connections between payment, CRM, accounting, messaging and other platforms, with data kept consistent across all of them.

  • Prototypes & first versions

Focused early releases that test an idea with real users before committing to a larger build.

How we measure good work

The best software doesn’t ask for attention. It works, it lasts, and it stays easy to change long after launch. That is the standard we build to.

05Why Texponex

Why work with us

What you can expect from the way we work — on a small website or a long-running platform.

Discuss your project
  1. Plain-spoken communication.

Regular updates in clear language, decisions explained, and risks raised early — not discovered at the end.

  2. Software you can live with.

Readable code, sensible structure and real documentation, so your software can be understood and maintained by any capable team — including ours.

  3. Built for the people using it.

Usability and accessibility are part of the brief from day one, because software only succeeds when people can use it.

  4. Practical over fashionable.

Tools and architectures are chosen for the problem at hand, favoring the simplest approach that will hold up over time.

  5. Honest scoping.

Realistic estimates and clearly explained trade-offs, so you can make decisions with confidence.

  6. Quality as a habit.

Reviews, testing and attention to detail at every stage, rather than a final polish just before launch.

06Questions

Good to know

Answers to common questions about starting a project. Anything else? Ask us directly.

What kinds of projects does Texponex take on?

Websites, web and mobile applications, custom business software, automation and system integrations, practical AI features, and technical planning. If your project sits somewhere in between, get in touch — the best starting point is a description of the problem you want to solve.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Often, yes. Many projects involve extending, integrating with or gradually improving software that is already in place. We review what exists before recommending any changes.

How does a project usually begin?

With a conversation. We ask about your goals, users, timeline and constraints, then suggest a sensible next step — which might be a short discovery phase, a written proposal or simply some candid advice.

How are projects priced?

It depends on scope and complexity. Once we understand what you need, we outline the approach and provide a clear estimate before any work begins.

Is support available after launch?

Ongoing maintenance, improvements and support can be arranged once a project is delivered. We’ll discuss what level of support makes sense for your software and your team.

What should I include in my first message?

A short description of what you want to achieve, who it is for, any systems already involved and your ideal timeline. Rough notes are perfectly fine — we’ll take it from there.

07Contact

Let’s talk about what you’re building.

Whether you have a detailed brief, an early idea or a question about your current systems, we’d be glad to hear from you.

What happens next

  1. We review your message.
  2. We arrange a short call to understand your goals.
  3. We follow up with a recommended approach and next steps.
